“My career as a Physician started 27 years ago, and very quickly I realized that given the right mix of circumstances and commitment, I could provide maximum impact in the Private sector. I joined the private sector in 1996 when it wasn’t a trendy area to work in and started a Private Practice with a leaning into Private health services support in 2007. I  have since been committed to improving the sector through a carefully curated network of best in class clinicians and providers.”

My role in Healthcare Federation Ghana allows me the opportunity to serve the private healthcare sector by drawing from my vision of excellence in service standards and harnessing that to impact private sector participation and growth. National impact is a team effort and healthcare Federation Ghana provides the right platform to positively impact healthcare sector.  Dr Decker is also Lead for the Partnerships Committee.
