The University of Ghana Medical Centre (UGMC) in partnership with the Ministry of Health and with the support of PharmAccess Foundation, has developed an innovative digital service (CovidConnect) which allows individuals to engage in a telehpone consultation with a dedicated medical team at UGMC who remotely monitor the individual's symptoms and provide quality medical support, medical advice. CovidConnect also seamlessly connects the caller to expert psychological counselling, testing and in-hospital management, where needed.
