WE WELCOME YOU TO JOIN US ON THIS JOURNEY

WHO WE ARE      WHAT WE DO     THE LEADERSHIP

Achieving Universal Health Coverage (UHC) by 2030 is no longer possible without Private sector participation. Public Private Partnerships have become the synergy required to accelerate governments towards this goal.

Healthcare Federations across the continent have become a platform through which development agencies and governments engage with the Private sector.  There are currently 16 healthcare federations across Africa all belonging to the parent African Healthcare Federation.

The Healthcare Federation of Ghana (HFG) is a private sector membership initiative

In keeping with other Healthcare Federations on the Continent, aim to promote the interests of private sector stakeholders and institutions in improving access to good-quality and affordable healthcare for citizens by acting as the unified voice and interface between private Healthcare sector participants / organisations and government for advocacy for patient-centred policy, policy reform and promotion of interests of member groups.

Our membership is inclusive of providers throughout the healthcare delivery value-chain: health service providers, healthcare organisations, pharmaceutical industry representatives, manufacturers, wholesalers, suppliers, importers, insurers, medical professional associations, and hospitals.
